Learn how distributions work for collectives
Distributions are a way for a group to distribute money from a shared fund, based on each member's ownership stake. This means that each member is paid in proportion to their share, so no one's ownership percentage changes.
Collectives use Distributions for three main purposes:
- 1.To distribute profits to members as a dividend.
- 2.To distribute rewards to all members fairly.
- 3.To return everyone's money if they want to leave the group.
