Clearing The Inbox

Learn how to keep the inbox clean
In this article, we will discuss these methods in detail, so you can manage your NFT inbox like a pro. Learn about the inbox here!
There are three methods you can use to manage your NFT inbox: accepting contributions, refunding contributions, or marking as spam. While we may not live in a perfect world where technology can automatically label all transactions, by learning and implementing these methods, you can keep your NFT inbox organized and streamlined:

Accepting Contributions

Refunding Contributions

Mark As Spam

When To Accept, Refund, or Mark As Spam

Accepting Contributions:
Accept NFTs, ERC-20 tokens, or donations that show up as "Unreconciled" in your Inbox. You might find them useful for your Vault. They will remain in your wallet until you delete them. Accepting them is just a way to keep your Inbox organized
Refunding Contributions:
You can return false contributions made to your Vault using the refund contributions proposal and send it back to the sender's wallet or another one. The refunded amount will disappear from your inbox, and a new transaction will be created in your Transactions tab.
Spam:
When you buy NFTs, sometimes you get spam ones. You can use the Deposit Inbox to get rid of them and mark them as spam. Any spam deposits will be taken out of your account.
